Healthcare Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Professional
Location: Greensboro, NC 27408
Duration: 16 Weeks contract
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)
Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies, job postings, and staffing materials.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support hiring leaders with interview preparation and candidate selection.
- Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – Required, OR
- Associate degree with 3 years of HR or recruiting experience – Required
- Strong communication, organization, and candidate relationship skills.
