What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at PayCruit, LLC?
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations in a plastic bag manufacturing and packaging facility. This position involves assisting with machine operation, packaging products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring production runs efficiently and safely.
- Assist operators with plastic bag production machines
- Pack, label, and stack finished plastic bag products
- Inspect products for quality defects and report issues
- Load and unload materials and supplies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
- Help with inventory movement and warehouse tasks as needed
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Shift Schedules are as Follows:
Weekly schedules range from 3 to 4 days. If one week you work 3 days, the following week will be for 4 days, see sample chart. Every 6 weeks you’ll change from day shift to night shift and so forth.

Sunday – Tuesday Wednesday – Saturday
Or Or
Sunday – Wednesday Thursday – Saturday
Day Shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Night Shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am
You are allowed to have two 10-minute breaks without punching out. A 30-minute lunch break is given, and you are required to register your meal period. In addition, you must take a full 30-minute lunch break.
