As an implementation department leader, the TSR Manager leads one or more teams of exempt level employees. The TSR Manager is responsible for the selection and development of self-reliant achievers and future leaders. This includes leveraging proven management methods and materials provided to mentor, coach and develop their team(s). The TSR Manager is responsible for driving and executing on the metrics that achieve the Paycom vision. In addition, TSR Managers identifies and leads projects as deemed necessary to better the Paycom implementation process.
This position has a salary of $101,000 to $152,500 per annum. Responsibilities
Leadership and Casting Vision
- Professionally cascades leader expectations to TSRs ensuring the Paycom brand is represented consistently.
- Takes initiative to address, convey, and implement change management best practices to internal and external stakeholders
- Builds trust and rapport across all departments (Primarily Sales, CRR, NCS, HCM and PSD) through communication, strategy, training, and feedback
- Supports organizational growth by identifying and partnering with internal stakeholder(s) to implement people, process, and/or technology improvements
- Actively drives the TSR Mission Statement through supporting, coaching and directing TSRs
- Holds TSRs accountable to policies and procedures
- Collaborates with other implementation team(s) on usage best practices and implementation strategy
- Adopts an ownership mindset by acting in accordance with the Paycom mission
- Adheres to all policies of Paycom not limited to those outlined in the Paycom Employee Handbook
- Cultivates and fosters a positive working team environment
- Conducts all interviews in accordance with both Paycom and legal standards, techniques, and best practices
- Aligns with leadership to manage capacity requirements and identify staffing needs
- Actively partners with TSR Recruiting to fill open positions
- Actively partners with Learning and Development to understand content trained and corresponding behavioral outcomes. Make recommendations to adjust as needed
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining talent on TSR team
- Creates a positive on-boarding experience for new hires
Team Development
- Ensures TSRs are following Paycom project management methodologies and processes in all activities conducted with clients per documentation
- Work closely with TSRs to develop and review progress on Individual Development Plans, goals, and competencies
- Complete development reviews per TSR Department standards
- Build organic relationships by providing direct, frequent feedback on specific development areas and competencies
- Shadow TSRs to provide feedback while identifying improvement opportunities
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with all TSRs utilizing Paycom approved format
- Host weekly meeting(s) to foster further TSR engagement on accounts in implementation
- Assists TSRs, as needed, with client implementation onsite or via web meeting
- Provides guidance and insight on current accounts to ensure a successful implementation for all clients
- Informs team members on process changes critical to their role
- Adopts and practices a growth mindset, proactively seeking professional development opportunities
- Participates in internal projects approved by TSR Regional Manager to drive Paycom initiatives
- Completes all assigned Learning and Development content
- Responsible for holding TSRs accountable to KPI expectations
- Provide actionable, timely feedback to TSRs with consistent review on an individual TSR and team level
- Effectively leverage Paycom-approved technology and reporting to manage KPIs
- Timely assignment of all booked Outside Sales revenue to appropriate TSR, based on capacity, ability and performance
- Assist TSRs in identifying and mitigating risk throughout the Paycom implementation
- Demonstrate professionalism, ownership, and empathy in all interactions
- Effectively and independently takes action on problem resolutions that are consistent with Paycoms policies and procedures
- Ability to stand and deliver a clear and concise message to various levels of executives, including C-suite
- Use appropriate channels in regards to all communication
