What You’ll Do
- Arrive 2.5 to 3 hrs. before each session to portion, chop, and set up and assist the Chef during demos refill drinks and ensure guests have everything they need
- Dress dining tables and tasting trays, so every class feels special
- Keep workstations spotless, follow food safety best practices, and report any equipment issues
- Follow lockup and startup checklists, stay with the team until the kitchen is back to showroom clean.
- Ring up purchases on the POS, package products, and recommend our favorite sauces, jams, and tools
What You’ll Bring
- 6 months in a professional kitchen, catering, or culinary program (preferred)
- Solid knife skills and the ability to read and follow recipes precisely
- Friendly, guest first attitude and clear communication
- Strong organization and time management you thrive in fast paced settings
- Food safety experience and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
