Summary of Essential Functions for the Position: Committed to caring, the Office Specialist is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of a multi-faceted home health agency to ensure smooth and efficient office operations and positive patient relations. Works closely with the Executive Director, Director of Clinical Services, and Regional VP of Clinical Ops, in conjunction with staff, referral sources, vendors, and outside resources to assist in the coordination of care, ordering of medical and office supplies, and patient referrals. Additionally, this role performs scheduling duties and responsibilities in start-up locations |
