We serve both our internal (our Brokers, leadership, affiliated services, each other) and external customers (buyers, sellers, title, mortgage, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, stagers, photographers, etc.). We are here so our Brokers can be focused on their client’s real estate needs. We strive to make this the easiest place to transact real estate, and we love to make our Brokers look good! The role of the Listing Coordinator is designed to support specific real estate tasks which elevate Broker productivity and help maintain compliance. The Listing Coordinator is a member of the Broker’s team, and they provide uniform services to all Brokers. This is an inperson and full time position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Broker Support
- Listing Preparation & Marketing
- HOA Documentation Coordination
- Auto Flow Coordination
- Real Estate Review Preparation
Duties Include:
- Draft Listing Contract & Disclosures
- Order O & E, Covenants and Plats
- Process New Listing
- Order brochures, marketing materials, photos/videos, home warranty, etc.
- Gather HOA documents
- Communicate property information for broker tour
- Create listing file
- Draft Amendments for listings (price changes, date extensions, etc.)
- Finalize expired and withdrawn listings
- Close properties files in internal and external systems
- Ongoing CRM/database management
- Prepare marketing campaigns and Real Estate Reviews as requested
- Help other positions in the office when needed, including front desk coverage
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong technological skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Google Workspace and the ability to work within multiple technical platforms
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience required
- Prior real estate experience preferred
Salary : $23 - $25
