Family Assistant - Reddick
The Family Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This position consists of working 1:1 with an individual who has an intellectual disability in their own family home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.
Hours:

Day Shift (Full-Time):
- Monday/Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:30 AM – 2:45 PM
- Friday: Rotating schedule of 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM and 2:45 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Availability on Wednesday and Thursday is a priority.

Evening Shift (Part-Time):
- Monday/Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $21.35/hr
Responsibilities:
- Provides support and service to clients living in the community in their natural home environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have own reliable transportation
