ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• System Proficiency: Learn and master Campbell Oil Company’s back-office tools and platform to provide maintenance
• Data Management: Conduct data cleanup by verifying and correcting data as necessary to maintain data integrity
• Reporting: Generate and provide weekly and monthly sales and efficiency reports for the Wholesale Team
• Internal Support: Respond to information requests from internal team members promptly and accurately
• Scorecard Maintenance: Update and maintain scorecards for the sales and logistics teams to track performance metrics
• Project Support: Assist with Sales Operations projects and task initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team
• Administrative Tasks: Perform additional administrative tasks related to the Wholesale Division as time permits
• Regular Check-Ins: Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Manager to review the status of current projects and initiatives

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and analyze data sets to provide actionable insights
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond to information requests promptly and accurately.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the company.
• Additional Requirements: Flexibility to perform other administrative tasks as needed. Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
