Job Title: Composite Technician
Location: Holland, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm — no mandatory weekends

As a Composite Technician, you’ll be working hands-on with fiberglass, resins, and core materials to build the very foundation of our boats. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare molds and apply fiberglass, and resin using hand layup or vacuum infusion techniques
• Accurately measure, cut, and place fiberglass cloth and core materials
• Use rollers, brushes, and tools to ensure even resin distribution and air removal
• Monitor curing times and perform post-cure trimming or grinding
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped work area
• Communicate material needs or issues with your team or supervisor

What It Takes:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn composite techniques
• Comfort working in a physically demanding environment (heat, fumes, PPE required)
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, consistent work
• Experience with composites, lamination, or bodywork is a plus, but not required
• Team-player attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
