Maintenance Technician — Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (WAF)
Location: 838 S. 16th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220
Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 2 pm – 10 pm

What you'll be wrenching on and troubleshooting:
- Furnaces & melt systems: High-temp, high-stakes uptime
- Hydraulic & pneumatic: Circuit diagnosis, seal & valve work
- Motors & VFDs: Electrical troubleshooting, drive configuration
- Conveyors & sand systems: Mechanical & structural rebuilds
- Preventative maintenance: PM schedules, inspections, documentation
- Breakdown response: Fast diagnosis, root cause — not part-swapping

What you need to succeed:
- 2 years industrial maintenance — foundry, manufacturing, or heavy equipment
- Hands-on electrical troubleshooting: motors, controls, VFDs
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system diagnosis
- Comfortable reading schematics and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working in heat, tight spaces, and a physically active environment
