Well established single family Land Development company servicing the Grapevine area for over 20 years has an immediate opportunity for a Real Estate Manager.
In this fast paced role, the Real Estate Manager is responsible for managing the day to day to office operations and administrative functions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with real estate management
- Land closings
- Loan closings
- Draft building contracts
- Liaison for builders for information and requests
- Prepare and deliver project packets
Assist with homeowners association management companies
- Liaison for third party Community Managers
- Review and finalize annual budgets, as prepared by Community Managers
- Review improvement applications
- Review monthly financial statements
Assist with administrative functions
- Preparation of correspondence
- Reporting
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, or equivalent with a minimum of ten years experience in an office manager role. Previous experience working in real estate or with a home builder is highly desirable. Individuals need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
