Overview

The Funding Reconciliation Specialist - AP is responsible for identifying current and prospective clients that work with VMS systems, determining best method for funding, educating external clients and internal employees on funding processes, and completing true ups routinely to ensure accuracy. The primary focus will be funding directly from VMS systems and completing weekly true up activity for clients.

Please note: The person who fills this role will train/work in the office in Highland Hills, OH or Rochester NY. After training they will be allowed to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home if desired.

 

The shift is Monday - Friday, approx. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET.

• Identify how best to utilize VMS systems for funding and true up processes and document for execution
• Identify, recommend, and implement strategies through the use of these systems to management
• Work closely with Service and Implementation teams on prospects using VMS systems
• Work with existing clients on how these systems impact the funding process and supply data to the funding team for funding and true ups
• Maintains metrics related to these systems
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting related - Required
• 3 years of experience in Experience in banking/finance/accounting environment with emphasis on commercial credit and VMS systems.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
