We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, sales centric Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts
Key Responsibilities
- Convert prospects to residents by assessing needs and presenting appropriate services and programs.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and provide accurate community information.
- Maintain complete CRM records and perform daily cold calling of leads.
- Conduct outside business development calls to meet weekly referral goals.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with residents, families, and professional partners.
- Plan and execute prospect and referral events and follow up on all leads.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing on marketing plans and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Senior living sales experience required.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, with proven closing success.
Schedule & Compensation
- On-site, Monday–Friday business hours with occasional evenings/weekends; not remote.
