We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and partner-focused New Agent Success Manager to lead the first 90-day experience for new agents joining PayBright. Your goal is to get new agents producing quickly and cleanly by providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed from day one.
You’ll be the go-to person for setting expectations, delivering product knowledge, and guiding new partners through their first few deals. If you love coaching, solving problems, and helping others win, this is your role.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new agents during their first 60–90 days
- Lead onboarding calls to set clear sales expectations and help agents build a first-30-day roadmap
- Provide practical training on PayBright’s systems, pricing, paperwork, and POS offerings
- Guide new agents through their first several deals, including support on demos, pricing questions, or merchant objections
- Troubleshoot common early-stage issues to reduce time-to-activation
- Work cross-functionally with our POS Desk, Support, and Sales Ops to streamline the agent ramp experience
- Track performance KPIs: agent activation rate, time to first deal, and deal quality
- Represent PayBright’s values and priorities in every interaction
Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
- Strong understanding of payment processing basics, POS systems, and merchant onboarding workflows
- Confident communicator with coaching-style leadership
- Organized and proactive—you love having a plan and following through
- Empathy for agents and a bias toward action
- Ability to work in our Raleigh, NC office 4 days per week
Preferred:
- Experience supporting a dealer or agent channel (e.g. Shift4, Harbortouch, Clover)
- Comfort with Mac OS and MacBook
Work Location:
- Candidates in the Raleigh, NC area will be expected to work in the office at least four days per week.
- Full-time remote candidates will be considered in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Texas.
Compensation & Benefits:

- $70,000-80,000 per year performance bonuses ($90,000-105,000 OTE)
