You will be part of the team.

You will work alongside our leadership team, collaborate with other interns and professionals, participate in strategy conversations, and help turn ideas into real business results.
Depending on your interests, strengths, and academic program, you may gain hands-on experience in areas such as:

This internship is intentionally collaborative. You will work on team projects, contribute your ideas, receive feedback, and see how different departments work together to grow a business.
You will not be given meaningless “intern work.”
You may help develop a marketing campaign, research a new market, improve an internal process, assist with recruiting initiatives, create business content, support a partnership strategy, or present recommendations directly to company leadership.

- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Located in or able to commute to Roanoke, Virginia
- Curious, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable sharing ideas and asking questions
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Interested in entrepreneurship, business, marketing, communications, HR, sales, or operations
- Looking for experience that goes beyond observing from the sidelines
