Job Summary
The Business Analyst will ensure ISO (Independent Sales Organization) standards are met/ exceeded. will be responsible for leading and improving all aspects of the quality organization; this includes PayArc’s systems, processes, customer specifications, and more. The ideal candidate has a desire to make an impact professionally and is self-motivated/goal oriented.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations.
- Work with required documentation and give necessary attention to details.
- Review Department processes and make improvements wherever necessary.
- Facilitate problem solving from various departments.
- Assist in defining the Company’s testing methodologies and quality control standards.
- Identify and measure key metrics to improve overall quality and contribute to written policies/procedures for quality assurance.
- Ensure that defects and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to the appropriate department.
- Work with business resources to understand purpose and concept for software features
- Manage and review residual calculations for Payarc Partners
- Perform other duties as assigned/ provide operational assistance as needed

- Must have strong analytical skills.

- Detail oriented and excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Experience with various computer skills: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet savvy
- Ability to become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties.

- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with key internal and external contacts
- Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Judgment and resourcefulness to solve problems independently
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Knowledge of the acquiring business with respect to industry trends, business risk factors, and other operational procedures associated with booking merchants preferred
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary : $58,000 - $62,000
