Responsibilities
Provide exceptional hair services including color, cutting, styling, blonding, and treatments
Deliver a professional client experience from consultation to finish
Work set scheduled hours consistently and reliably
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all sanitation standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Stay current with trends, techniques, and participate in ongoing education
Support and contribute to a drama-free, team-focused environment
Uphold salon policies and contribute positively to overall salon culture
