Job Summary:
Reporting to our Chief Technology Officer, our Director of IT oversees IT Department operations within our production facility by managing department workflows and providing system support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain new ERP system, oversee server migration, and update software platforms
- Direct and manage IT team project schedules, providing key deliverables along promised timeline
- Develop and implement department processes pertaining to system security, user role creation, and business operations
- Facilitate integration of systems across the organization ensuring compliance and continuity of company IT policies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field of study
- 3 years’ experience directing a manufacturing IT Department with direct reports (on staff, not as a consultant)
- 3 years’ experience managing a manufacturing ERP system in-house (on staff, not as a consultant)
- 3 years’ experience with new manufacturing ERP system implementation, cloud transition, and server maintenance (on staff, not as a consultant)
- Experience with ISO 27001 accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within specified timelines
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to successfully work with teams across all levels within an organization
