Due to continued growth and the addition of new dealership partners, Paxton Marketing is expanding our BDC Management Team.
This is not a replacement position—we're adding an Assistant BDC Manager to support our growing Business Development Center and help us continue delivering exceptional results for dealerships across the country.

Position Summary
The Assistant BDC Manager will work alongside the BDC Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our BDC. This individual will assist with coaching, training, quality control, reporting, customer satisfaction, and ensuring our team consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position with excellent opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the BDC.
- Coach and mentor BDC Representatives to improve performance.
- Monitor inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text communications.
- Review calls and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all customer leads receive timely and professional follow-up.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and accountability.
- Help improve appointment set, appointment show, and sold performance.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Review daily reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help build a positive, high-performance culture based on teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Previous BDC, Internet Sales, customer service, or call center leadership experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Experience with dealership CRM systems such as VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, or similar is a plus.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
