Paxivo is expanding our Connecticut sales team and looking for motivated, competitive people who want an opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company in the home security and smart-home industry.
No previous sales experience required — we’ll train you.
You’ll receive hands-on sales training, field coaching, and ongoing mentorship while representing Paxivo and Safehome Security and helping homeowners find the right security, camera, and smart-home solutions for their homes.
Through our relationship with Safe Home Security, our team is backed by an established security provider with 37 years in the industry, more than 1 million families protected, and operations across 46 states.

What You’ll Do
- Connect directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce home security, camera, and smart-home solutions
- Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products
- Generate new customer accounts through direct outreach
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team development
- Build relationships with customers from the initial conversation through installation

Compensation
This is a commission-based outside sales position with weekly commission payouts and uncapped earning potential.
