We’re looking for a strategic and highly organized UX Operations Program Manager to join our Design team and drive operational excellence across UX Research, Design, and Content. Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $101,087 to $144,411 or more depending on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Lead UX Program Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that support research, design, and content initiatives.
- Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and use data to drive decisions.
- Manage Resources: Oversee tools, platforms, budgets, and vendor relationships. Support participant recruitment and research report distribution.
- Foster Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align UX efforts with company goals.
- Standardize Practices: Create documentation, guidelines, and governance models to ensure consistency and quality.
- Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs to evaluate UX operations and report insights to leadership.
- Support Growth: Facilitate onboarding, skill development, and knowledge sharing across UX teams.
- 5 years in UX Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
- Deep understanding of UX Research, Design, and Content.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, User Interviews, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Budget management experience and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- You’re a self-starter who’s curious and eager to learn.
- You’re organized and thrive in dynamic environments.
- You’re passionate about user-centered design and operational excellence..
- A hands-off manager who trusts you to own your work.
