🧭 About the Role

Are you a strategic operator with a knack for keeping things moving and making sense of complexity? As our Executive Business Partner, you’ll be the control tower for a dynamic executive team—managing rhythm-of-business operations, coordinating key meetings, and driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organization.

This is more than a support role—it's a partnership. You’ll help manage time, streamline operations, and ensure that our executive stays focused on what matters most. You’ll be trusted to take initiative, communicate with clarity, and bring insight into how the business runs.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Own calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and meeting logistics
  • Lead and support special projects from concept to execution
  • Coordinate OKRs, board materials, and budget oversight
  • Draft internal/external communications and prepare presentations
  • Facilitate L10s, All Hands, and stakeholder engagement rhythms
  • Be a trusted confidant and strategic sounding board

  • 30 Days: You’re learning the business and understanding the team’s rhythm
  • 90 Days: You’re adding value and driving clarity in operations
  • 6 Months: You’re making a measurable impact and helping shape strategy

🔧 Tools & Tech

You’ll use a mix of productivity tools daily and should be comfortable with remote collaboration. AI proficiency is a plus.

📍 Working Style

Remote is great—Houston preferred. Flexibility and autonomy are key.

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $102,000.00 to 128,000 or more depending on experience.
