- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to fine dining standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety standards.
- Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends are preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or the culinary industry is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
