What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out
- Handling guest registrations, room assignments, and special requests
- Resolving concerns and ensuring every guest feels heard and valued
- Providing info about the hotel, amenities, local spots, and more
- Supporting team members and contributing to a smooth front desk operation
