Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $50,000
- Paid Time Off: 1 week first year, 2 weeks second year moving forward

You will serve as the operational heartbeat of Pax, ensuring that the doctors can focus on patient care while the entire office runs smoothly, efficiently, and peacefully.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Culture
You are the steward of our team environment.
- Train, mentor, and support team members
- Manage staff scheduling and performance
- Build and maintain SOPs so nothing “lives in someone’s head”
- Administer ClickUp (onboarding, task clarity, workflow organization)
- Foster a culture of joy, ownership, and excellence

Financial Stewardship

You will oversee:
- Patient payment plans and financial communication
- Refund reviews and authorizations
- Budget tracking and financial reporting

Operational Excellence

- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Improve systems and workflows
- Prepare regular performance and metric reports
- Ensure patient targets are supported operationally

- Reports directly to: Clinic Owners (Dr. Gabrielle & Dr. Trey)
- Oversees: Front desk team and administrative staff

- Team retention & satisfaction
- Financial reporting accuracy
