What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at Pawsitive Care Veterinary Clinic?
We currently are looking to add another Vet Tech to our amazing team! Experience or certification is preferred, pay is based on experience. The position is 4 days a week 9 to 10 hours a day, may work into 5 days a week depending on need. Currently no weekends unless doing a planned event. The right candidate must have the following skills:
*Dependable and Responsible
*A Love and Patience for Animals
*Good Customer Service Skills
*Quick Learner
*Able to work in high stressful situations
*Act for cleanliness to maintain a sterile and organized environment
*Able to lift 50 lbs
*Able to work independently and as a team member.
The job of a Vet Tech can be very rewarding, however please know that at times it is very hard work and no matter the situation or degree of stress you must always have a smile on your face and a patience for the animals.
