- Assist with food pickup, running, and guest support
- Keep the space clean, safe, and flowing (tables, floors, dog areas, tap wall)
- Help guests navigate self-pour, mobile ordering, and the overall experience
- Step in before a guest has to ask for help
- Support your teammates wherever needed
- This is a “see it, solve it” environment.
- Notice things before they become problems
- Move toward issues instead of around them
- Take ownership without waiting for direction
- Stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Genuinely enjoy people and dogs
- Care about the team’s success more than your individual task
- “That table looks unsure, I’ll check in.”

- Be a great teammate first
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times
- Follow all dog safety and guest policies without exception
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
