Join Our Pack!
We are on the lookout for a warm, energetic Guest Services Associate (GSA) to join our team. If you love wagging tails, happy customers, and creating unforgettable experiences for pets and their parents, this could be the paw-fect role for you.
About the Role
As a Guest Services Associate, you’re the first friendly face (and voice) that pet parents encounter. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, book reservations, handle payments, and keep pet parents up to date throughout their pets’ stay. Behind the scenes, you’ll make sure every furry friend’s special needs, feeding instructions, and play preferences are recorded and communicated accurately—because every detail matters when caring for our guests.
This role blends customer service, organization, and a love for animals into one rewarding position. No two days are ever the same—just like no two dogs’ personalities!

- Recommend and sell fun add-on services to enhance every pet’s resort experience

- Stay positive and collected, even when the lobby is full of excited pups
