What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bather/Grooming Assistant position at Paws & Claws of Morganton?
Paws & Claws of Morganton in Morganton, NC is looking for a bather/grooming assistant to join our grooming team. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Bathe, dry and brush pets to owner's request
- Trim pet's nails and light grooming on sanitary areas and feet
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the day
- Assist in cleaning other areas of the grooming shop
- Maintain accurate records in the computer system
Qualifications
- Bathing experience preferred
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Team minded mentality
- Good understanding of dog behavior and handling
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
