Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to management.
- Maintain cleanliness in Rooms and play areas to ensure a safe environment for pets.
- Engage with pet owners to provide updates on their pets' well-being and address any questions or concerns.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Handle animals safely using appropriate restraint techniques when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in animal care, such as kennel experience or pet sitting, is preferred.
- Knowledge of dog training techniques is a plus.
- Strong skills in animal handling and restraint are essential for ensuring safety.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger animals or equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
