What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Attendant/Veterinary Receptionist position at Paws 2 Health?
We are a small private clinic with one full time veterinarians, we see, in general, a high volume of clients. We are looking for an individual that will join our team to serve the utmost care to our clients. As a cleaner, you will be expected to assist with any pet messes as they occur. You will be required to clean all areas of the clinic, including but not limited to, lobby, exam rooms, bathrooms, and kennels.
This role is vital to the veterinary care team. As a first impression to our clients or any visitors, you must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Check in and out clients
- Schedule appointments for clinic and surgery
- Answer phone calls
- Collecting and maintaining patient records
- Assist Veterinarian and other support staff
- Client communication
- Cleaning of clinic and surroundings
You must be able to maintain a fast pace. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred.
