**What You\'ll Do**
- Provide direct support and supervision to clients in the CSU in
- Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment for all
- Conduct routine safety checks and document observations per
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including
- Lead psychosocial groups and structured activities as directed by
- De-escalate behavioral crises using trauma-informed and nonviolent
- Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client status under
- Report client concerns, symptoms, or incidents promptly to licensed
- Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transitions under the
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nursing,
- Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and compliance with all
- Complete and maintain up-to-date required training for this
- Perform all other reasonably related duties assigned by immediate
