Position: Pawn Broker/Sales Associate
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers in unique and exciting interactions, from jewelry and electronics to tools, firearms, video games, and more.
- Creatively post and sell a variety of inventory online.
- Make personal decisions that shape your day-to-day work experience.
- Enjoy the variety and opportunity that comes with this dynamic and interesting role.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a background check for firearms handling.
- Open and flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail or money-handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
- Enjoy working with people and collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multitasking abilities and adaptability are essential.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, with potential for higher starting wages.
