Veterinarians – Weekend Mobile Rabies Clinic (Contractual/Flexible)

Pawmetto Lifeline is seeking South Carolina licensed veterinarians to provide medical oversight for our Community Rabies Vaccination Program. This is an ideal opportunity for veterinarians looking to supplement their income without the demands of a traditional clinical shift.
Our experienced, highly trained medical assistants manage the vaccination clinics, client flow, paperwork, and patient handling. Your primary responsibility is to provide the required veterinary supervision for rabies vaccinations in accordance with South Carolina regulations.
Medical intervention is rarely required, with the exception of the uncommon allergic reaction to a rabies vaccine. If you prefer to be more hands-on, you're welcome to assist but it's entirely up to you.

Compensation:
- Saturday & Sunday: $500 per day.
- Friday Evening Clinics (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM): $250 per shift.
Schedule:
- Saturdays & Sundays:
- Vans depart from 1275 Bower Parkway, Columbia, SC, 29212 at 8:30 AM.
- Return no later than 7:30 PM.
- Fridays:
- Community clinics operate from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the Columbia area.
Flexible Commitment:
- Work as little or as often as you'd like.
- Pick up shifts that fit your schedule.

Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) license in good standing.
- DEA license not required for this position.
- Friendly, professional demeanor.
