What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Associate position at Pawling Engineered Products?
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar setting
- Experience in rubber molding (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Good vision with or without corrective lenses
- Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
Physical Requirements for a Manufacturing Associate:
This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. frequently during the workday. Most of the day is spent in a standing position with frequent bending and/or squatting.
PPE Requirements:
- Safety Glasses to be worn at all times when on the production floor
- Safety Shoes to be worn at all times when on the production floor
- Must wear appropriate PPE for all work activities performed; varies based work

Salary Info:
- This is a first-shift position with a starting range of $20.00 - $23.00 based on experience
