Key Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Engage with potential guests, offering personalized vacation rental suggestions that meet their needs and budgets.
- Reservation Management: Accurately process bookings and manage availability within our system.
- Sales: Utilize selling techniques to promote services such as travel insurance, linens, and other guest facing amenities.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues with bookings or guest concerns during their stay.
- Customer Support: Provide support for booking modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries with a focus on maintaining a positive guest experience.
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales roles with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building
- Exceptional Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A natural ability to provide outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Tech Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office and data entry with the ability to learn new software quickly (training provided).
- Problem Solving: Quick thinking and strong resolution skills to manage guest inquiries and booking issues.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
