URGENTLY HIRING - Experienced Carpenter
Hiring Experienced Carpenter - In search of an experienced Carpenter who has at least 10 years experience to provide guidance and supervision to project team involved in construction projects. Will be responsible for monitoring field carpenters on performing construction duties, analyzing schematics and blueprints, following clients' specifications, completing the project within the agreed timeframe, maintaining materials within budget goals, and ensuring the highest quality and client's satisfaction. Lead Carpenter will regularly inspect the project, perform adjustments as needed, repair defects and inconsistencies, and adhere to the safety standards and protocols during operations. Must have excellent knowledge of the carpentry industry to handle clients' demands and efficiently create the finished product. Must be proficient in all aspects of residential carpentry, including, but not limited to framing, decking, cabinetry, windows, doors, and trim. Must have excellent supervisory skills and an eye for detail. Ability to be able to follow all health and safety standards is essential. Must arrive promptly at various locations in Pawleys Island by 7:30 AM, Monday - Friday, and be capable of working for 8 hours each day. Starting pay to be determined by level of experience. Skills
- Proven experience as carpenter
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of basic math
- Good physical condition and endurance
- High school diploma

Salary: From $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
