We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee operations to ensure they meet the quality standards Pawley's Housekeeping holds. This role involved managing cleaning consultants, maintaining cleanliness in designated areas and ensuring equipment and supplies are available.

Duties
- Participate in New Hire interviews, supervise and train new cleaning staff as needed
- Quality Check Cleans: Arrive at the end of the clean & check the quality utilizing the QC survey
- Manage Cleaners: daily communication, fixed clock in/out times, give feedback, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Meet Once a week: Team Meeting
- Meet Once a week: 1 on 1 with CEO
- Direct Reports: Cleaning Consultants
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Hand out supplies weekly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices, particularly in hospitality settings.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team leader.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
