Responsibilities
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host at least two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting efforts and lead generation activities into scheduled client meetings
- Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and events as outlined by team standards
- Dedicate time weekly to individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and facilitate home selection
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on clients’ behalf
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and client information using PLACE Technology
