What You Will Do
- Follow up with inbound and company-generated opportunities
- Build trust with buyers and sellers through strong communication
- Set and attend appointments
- Guide clients through the sales process
- Stay organized in our systems and maintain timely follow-up
- Partner closely with leadership and inside support to keep deals moving
- Active Illinois real estate license preferred
- Sales-minded, responsive, and comfortable following up consistently
- Strong phone, text, and in-person communication
- Coachable, reliable, and motivated by long-term opportunity
- Real estate experience is helpful, but the right agent mindset matters most

- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Represent buyers and sellers in offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and effectively market properties
- Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed real estate agent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
- Highly organized
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
