FULL TIME PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Candidate must possess STRONG medical front office skills with experience in insurance processes.
The patient care coordinator, under the direction of the clinic manager and health care provider, provides a competent, professional, courteous, and friendly customer service experience to patients at every encounter. The patient care coordinator must adhere to the mission, values, goals, and excellent standards of care of the Clinic. A high regard for professionalism, competency, initiative, accountability, and friendly customer service is greatly valued and sought after for an employee of the Clinic.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and documents.
- Ability to make presentations before top management, public groups, and staff regarding hospital programs.
- Ability to work independently, with no direction. Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
- Six (6) to twelve (12) months front office/clerical/administrative experience in clinical setting preferred.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalency.
Certifications:
- CPR Certification
