About The Role
We are introducing a brand-new function within our Sales team to drive the growth of our premium consumer product lines: the ReCura handheld laser and Respond PEMF beds ($600–$3,000 retail value).
While housed within the Sales Department to maintain our high-touch, consumer-focused approach (distinct from our professional sales motion), this role focuses on converting inbound consumer interest into completed sales. You will be responsible for receiving, qualifying, and closing inbound consumer leads, managing your pipeline in a dedicated CRM, and serving as a product expert for these flagship offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly respond to and nurture consumer inquiries arriving through digital, social, and direct CX channels.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a dedicated consumer CRM (separate from our professional sales team's HubSpot) to track prospective buyers through every stage of the funnel.
- Consultative Selling: Guide individual consumers through highticket purchasing decisions with deep product knowledge on the ReCura laser and Respond PEMF bed lines.
- CrossFunctional Alignment: Work closely with the CX team to ensure a seamless, highquality experience from initial lead contact to postpurchase delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual conversion metrics, response times, and sales performance against launch targets.
- Conversion Rate: Inbound consumer lead to closedwon sales ratio.
- Revenue Targets: Total booked revenue on ReCura and Respond PEMF lines measured against the product launch plan.
- Response Velocity: Speed to first contact on new inbound leads (measured in hours).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in directtoconsumer (D2C) sales, consultative sales, or hightouch customer experience, ideally handling highticket physical products ($500 ).
- Experience: PEMF therapy and lowlevel laser therapy (LLLT) in a geriatric or veterinary rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Systems Proficiency: Handson experience working within CRMs to track leads and pipeline stages.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a consultative, nonpushy sales style that aligns with consumerfirst CX values.
- SelfMotivated: Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and respond rapidly to incoming leads.
- Bonus: Background or strong interest in health, wellness, recovery technology, or medical device hardware.
