Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily order processing, packing, and outbound shipping operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively coordinate between warehouse staff and cross-functional departments.
As the Fulfillment Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all customer and wholesale orders are accurately processed, properly documented, and shipped on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
- Review orders and build pick/pack sessions in the WMS for daily fulfillment.
- Oversee outbound shipments, palletizing, and loading processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Process shipping labels for orders outside of the WMS, including freight shipments and manual carrier scheduling.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Work closely with Management, Sales, and Customer Service to manage order holds, address errors, and out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with Accounting on unpaid or terms-based orders prior to shipment.
- Ensure all required documentation and compliance materials are included with high-risk or special shipments.
- Escalate operational issues promptly to the Warehouse Manager.
- Safety & Housekeeping:
- Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with department leads to remove excess boxes, packaging materials, and consumables.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Handle Issue resolution for the picking, packing, and shipping teams during the day shift.
- Ensure all fulfillment procedures and quality standards are followed consistently.
- Escalate workplace or policy violations to the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with WMS systems or other fulfillment management software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and deadlines are critical.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
