Pavo Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Mattawan, Michigan.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and clinical best practices
- Complete clinical documentation and insurance-related requirements
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Michigan LBA eligibility or licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Experience in ABA services preferred, but not required for newly certified BCBAs
