Role Description
As a Personal Travel Planner at Pavlus Travel, you will cultivate lasting relationships with our guests by delivering thoughtful, high-touch travel planning and exceptional service.
Pavlus provides qualified inbound leads via phone and online channels, allowing you to focus on guiding guests toward luxury travel experiences that align with their preferences, expectations, and lifestyle. This role is ideal for a service-minded professional who values attention to detail, relationship building, and creating memorable travel experiences.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated professional sales experience, including upselling, and lead conversion consistency in high volume environment
- Driven active seller, focused on closing sales and providing impactful benefits to all guests

- Ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously, and maintain timely responses
- Reliable home office environment with internet speeds of at least 100 Mbps

Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to understand travel preferences, needs, and expectations
- Actively sell and coordinate planned itineraries ranging from straightforward bookings to complex travel plans on preferred vendor partners
- Manage inbound leads and guide guests through the booking process from inquiry to post-travel follow-up
- Stay informed on destinations, products, and promotions and apply knowledge to enhance guest interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all guest interactions
- Represent Pavlus Travel professionally and foster long-term guest loyalty through Referrals
