Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Security Service Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
- Assist with new programming and re-programming of related security software
- End-user training
- Provide technical phone support to customers
- Electronics and mechanical aptitude
- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems
- Typical work hours are between 8:00am-4:30pm
- Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- LEA Certification
- Industry experience with emphasis on computer software operations
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic
- Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AXIS, Commend, Bosch, Redscan)
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify electronic door hardware
- Basic network troubleshooting
