Pavion and our family of companies is seeking a talented and motivated Billing Associate to join our shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing. Assist with maintaining billing records and supporting documentation. Process credit memos, adjustments, and rebills as required
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general office/administrative work
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; ERP or billing software experience a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
