Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare leader who is passionate about quality care, regulatory compliance, and team development.
As the Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, drive census growth, ensure compliance, and create a positive environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a skilled nursing/long-term care facility
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including census, quality measures, and satisfaction
Collaborate with Director of Nursing and department leaders to drive clinical and operational success
Manage budgeting and financial performance with Business Office team
Develop and implement census growth and occupancy strategies
Lead team meetings and ensure alignment on goals and priorities
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Maintain survey readiness and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements
Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
Experience with QAPI, census development, and team leadership
Excellent communication and leadership skills
