Pay Range: $17.50 – $22.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and safety-minded Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our logistics team. Role Overview: As a Forklift Operator and Material Handler, you will be the backbone of our warehouse flow. You will be responsible for safely operating machinery to move, stock, and retrieve inventory, ensuring our picking lines are replenished and customer orders are processed seamlessly.
What You’ll Do (Core Duties):
- Container Logistics: Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipping containers and freight trailers.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment (including Reach Trucks and Order Pickers) to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Inventory Flow: Execute efficient inventory replenishment to keep picking and packing stations stocked.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming goods, verify paperwork, and stage outgoing orders for transit.
- Order Support: Accurately pick, pack, and inspect customer orders when needed to support team goals.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain strict inventory control, assist with cycle counts, and keep your dedicated equipment and aisles clean and safe.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks is strongly preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort working inside shipping containers and trailers, the ability to stand for prolonged periods, and the strength to repeatedly lift 40 lbs.
- Tech Literacy: Basic computer skills to navigate our inventory and warehouse tracking systems.
- Reliability: A mature work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and sharp attention to detail.
- Driver’s License: A clean, current standard driver’s license is required for occasional local deliveries.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and overtime hours during our peak seasons.
- Please note: We maintain a safe, drug-free work environment and utilize a random drug testing program.
Bonus Qualifications (A Major Plus):
- An Enhanced Driver’s License or Passport, with the ability/willingness to make occasional deliveries into Canada.
- 1 years of dedicated warehouse, container loading, or material handling experience.
