About the Role
Pavers Plus is seeking a full-time, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to join our team. This position is seasonal, with the opportunity for year-round employment for the right candidate.
We are a regional commercial contracting company specializing in asphalt and concrete repair and maintenance solutions. Our team supports projects across multiple locations, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operation of construction equipment
- Assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Support the Foreman and crew on-site
- Operate hand and power tools, including genral labor tasks
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Travel locally and out of state, including occasional overnight stays
- Operation of company vehicles
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, asphalt paving, or concrete placement/finishing preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable operating equipment and tools
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Clean background
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to travel (position based in Kalispell)

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
